Job Description

Location: Remote (India or Global) Company: Soojh AI Overview Soojh AI is a fast-growing AI/ML services startup delivering solutions in Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Analytics, and MLOps. We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals with a strong track record in selling complex, high-impact AI/ML solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients . Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Identify, pursue, and successfully close strategic AI/ML project opportunities across sectors such as BFSI, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Develop sales strategies aimed at organizations with sizable tech budgets and multi-stakeholder buying processes . Build a healthy deal pipeline through proactive outreach, leveraging personal networks, and high-quality referrals. Client Engagement Engage directly with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Innovation Heads, Data Leaders) to understand their business problems. Translate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions aligned to client objectives. Lead solution discussions, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations from initial pitch to final signature. Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with the technical team to tailor solutions that align with client needs and budgets. Collaborate with marketing on vertical-specific campaigns and pitch materials. Cultivate lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Preferred Skills Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions with significant deal sizes. Active network and experience engaging with US-based clients ; ability to close deals in the US market is essential. Familiarity or interest in AI/ML solutions is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication, consultative selling, and storytelling skills. Self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently. Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of experience in business development, solution sales, or enterprise technology sales. Demonstrated success in closing sizable deals, preferably with US-based enterprises. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Show more Show less
