Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a crucial role in driving sales, handling clients, and contributing to the growth of the business. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful closure of deals in the IT, digital marketing, and software solutions domain. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive personality will be essential in achieving the set sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT services, digital marketing, and software solutions sector. - Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their specific needs and offering customized solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to foster long-term engagement. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams including design, marketing, and technical departments to deliver projects that meet client expectations. - Create and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the IT/Digital industry. - Excellent communication skills with a professional and pleasant tone. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to comprehend IT solutions such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and SaaS Products. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven individual. - Proficiency in building networks and managing client relationships effectively. Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position that requires fluency in both Hindi and English, both verbal and written. The preferred candidate should have prior experience in IT service or software sales, possess a strong portfolio of handled clients and successful deals, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
