We are looking for a Business Development Executive (0–2 years’ experience) who can drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
• Present company services confidently and clearly to prospects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals.
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and ensure conversions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare reports and share updates with management.
• Represent Perspectiwitty in a professional and impactful manner.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development/sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (bonus).
• Confident personality with good negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command over English and Hindi.
