Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Mumbai. The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales growth for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role focuses on market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop

  new business opportunities

  for residential projects.
• Generate

  leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, and marketing activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors

• Conduct

  project presentations

  , explain offerings, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve

  sales targets

• Assist in planning and executing

  marketing campaigns, site events, and promotional activities

• Track and follow up on

  client inquiries and prospects

  to ensure timely closure.
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify trends and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of

  leads, client interactions, and sales activities

  in CRM systems.
• Support documentation and coordination for

  booking, agreement, and registration processes

  .
• Knowledge of

  RERA regulations and real estate documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of experience

  in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Knowledge of

  residential and commercial real estate markets

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Existing

  broker or channel partner network

• Experience in

  developer or real estate consultancy firms

• Knowledge of

  RERA regulations and real estate documentation
