Business Development Officer

Gandhinagar University is looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Business Development Officer / Counselor to support its expansion goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting university programs and offerings. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet targets in a competitive education environment.

Language Prefered : English, Hindi, Gujarati

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive university admissions and collaborations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate partners.

* Promote university programs and offerings through presentations, meetings, and events.

* Achieve monthly and annual enrollment or business development targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to align business strategies and execution plans.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

* Represent and conduct education fairs, seminars, and industry events.

* Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and lead status.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Prior experience in business development, sales, or educational marketing is preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Goal-driven and self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

* Proficiency in MS Office

* Ability to work independently and travel as required.
