The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing hospital and corporate partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Xperts Care’s product and service portfolio. The role demands a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a passion for healthcare sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Health Insurance plans, medical equipment rentals/sales, and related healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, corporates, and Patients families.
Identify and onboard new hospital and hospital staff partners to drive business growth.
Conduct product demos and explain equipment usage (Hospital Beds, BIPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, etc.) to clients and caregivers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strong focus on profitability.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback to the management team.
Maintain accurate sales records and report daily/weekly progress.
