Business Development Officer

We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys connecting with people, understands client needs, and can confidently represent our services on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. If you love building relationships and turning conversations into long-term partnerships, we’d love to meet you.

Who You Are:

• You have 1–3 years of experience in business development
• You’ve worked on Upwork/Freelancer and know how to create winning proposals
• You communicate clearly and keep clients comfortable, informed, and valued
• You follow up with sincerity and manage clients with care
• You enjoy setting targets—and achieving them

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential clients and understand their requirements
• Manage bidding profiles and submit thoughtful proposals
• Maintain smooth communication throughout the project cycle
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Work closely with the internal team to deliver what we promise
