Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Noida. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing financial data, preparing business strategies, generating leads, and closing deals to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in New Business Development and developing client relationships.
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
Understanding of Finance concepts related to budgeting, pricing, and profitability.
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Customer Service orientation with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CDMO sector is a plus.
