Job Profile

Responsibilities:

 Create and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.

 Set sales targets and monitor progress against those targets.

 Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking and calling.

 Identify challenges faced by clients and propose innovative solutions.

 Facilitate communication to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

 Build and maintain relationships to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Candidate’s Profile:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a

consultancy or startup environment.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and

persuasively

Experience: 1-2+ Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.com

Reporting to: Vertical Head

Industry Preferred: Financial Services
