Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO)who is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves conducting market research, developing strategies to expand market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with clients/customers.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and offering suitable solutions.

- Act as the point of contact between the company and clients.

- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

-Assist in creating business development plans aligned with company goals.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business opportunities.

-Track progress against KPIs and suggest improvements.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and promotional activities.

- Attend networking events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services/products.

- Establish partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company’s market position.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic insights.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.

Work Environment:

-Office-based role with regular field visits/meetings with clients.

-May involve travel for business development activities, events, and client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
