Business Development

As a Business Development Executive at our growing company, your role involves developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets. You will be responsible for identifying new sales leads through field work and cold calling. Additionally, you will pitch our services to clients, maintain relationships with existing customers, prepare presentations, and engage in business meetings. Your success will be measured by your ability to convert leads, surpass sales quotas, and targets consistently. Furthermore, you will coordinate between clients and internal teams as needed, all while adhering to company guidelines and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new sales leads through field work and cold calling. - Pitch services to clients and provide international exposure. - Maintain relationships with existing customers. - Prepare presentations and engage in business meetings. - Convert leads and surpass assigned sales quotas. - Coordinate between clients and internal teams. - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant field. - Minimum one year of experience in business development. - Excellent communication and social skills. - Ability to manage local travel using own transportation is a plus. - Strong multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment. - Knowledge of productivity tools and software. - Ability to work independently.
