Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close profitable deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
