Key Responsibilities : Identify Land Opportunities : Proactively scout for and evaluate potential land parcels for residential, commercial, or mixed-use development through direct sources, brokers, or land aggregators. Market Research & Feasibility : Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and preliminary feasibility studies to assess the potential of land parcels. Liaising & Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government officials, brokers, legal and liaison consultants. Due Diligence Support : Coordinate legal, technical, and financial due diligence with internal teams and external consultants. Financial Analysis : Prepare financial models and ROI projections for land proposals, and assist in structuring Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), outright purchases, or revenue-sharing models. Documentation & Compliance : Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and compliance with local real estate regulations. Desired Candidate Profile : Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably with an MBA in Marketing/Real Estate/Finance) Experience : 310 years of experience in land sourcing/acquisition in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries. Skills : Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Understanding of legal, financial, and liaison processes Local area knowledge and real estate network Good analytical and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
