Job Description

1. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitive activities in the agricultural sector.
• Analyze customer data to understand needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.

2. Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Identify and approach prospective clients such as farmers, agri-cooperatives, distributors, and agribusiness companies.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.

3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

• Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations to highlight the features and benefits of the company’s agricultural products and solutions.
• Clearly articulate value propositions and tailor solutions to customer pain points.

4. Relationship Building & Customer Engagement

• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain ongoing communication to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

5. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close business deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence within the designated territory.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.
• Share field insights and customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
