Business Development

You are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive or PCD Sales Executive to join the growing team in the pharmaceutical sector at HSIIDC IT Park, Sector 22, Panchkula, Haryana. Freshers with a keen interest are welcome, but candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the PCD model and be able to generate leads, build relationships with wholesalers, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors. - Promote and sell pharmaceutical products using the PCD distribution model. - Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base. - Provide product knowledge, promotional materials, and support to wholesalers and distributors. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesalers and distributors. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Ensure timely product delivery and provide ongoing support to the distribution network. - Meet or exceed sales targets through active engagement and relationship management. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Freshers with a passion for sales and business development in the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply. - For experienced candidates: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in PCD sales, pharmaceutical business development, or working with wholesalers and distributors. - Strong understanding of the PCD distribution model. - Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends. - Local candidates are preferred.
