We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth through client engagement, new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities as an individual contributor.
* Represent the company in client/prospect meetings.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
* Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Support digital marketing initiatives and client outreach materials.
* Build collaborations with certification bodies, institutions, and affiliates.
* Explore co-branding, joint ventures, and new product opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and insights to management.
* Number of new client deals closed.
* Growth in revenue from partnerships.
* Leads generated through marketing campaigns.
* Client satisfaction and retention.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).

* Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing tasks independently.
