We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and building strategic partnerships. The role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities as an individual contributor.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Act as the mediator between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Draft proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral for client outreach.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate collaborations with certification bodies, institutions, and affiliates (e.g., EC-Council, PMI, universities, training providers).
• Build long-term strategic alliances that align with business objectives.
• Explore co-branding, joint ventures, and new product opportunities.
Internal Coordination & Strategy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (training, operations, marketing) to align client needs with company offerings.
• Provide regular business updates, insights, and reports to management.
• Contribute ideas to expand services, enhance offerings, and improve go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or partnerships (preferably in education, training, or IT services industry).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Number of new client deals closed.
• Growth in revenue from partnerships and collaborations.
• Number of qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Client satisfaction and retention rate.
• Successful execution of new collaborations (e.g., certifications, affiliations).
