Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team at BACS ENERGY PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our renewable energy projects by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful closure of deals. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Strategy : · Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind, solar, and other sustainable energy solutions. · Assist in developing and executing business development plans that align with the company’s goals and market trends. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : · Generate new leads and develop strong pipelines by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and using digital platforms. · Follow up on leads, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their energy goals. Relationship Management : · Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support throughout the business development process and post-sale activities. Sales & Proposal Development : · Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner. · Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure that agreements meet both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives. Market Analysis & Reporting : · Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. · Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and progress towards targets. Cross-functional Collaboration : · Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and delivered. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that attract new clients. Target Achievement : · Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals as set by the management team. · Continuously seek opportunities to grow the company’s market share and expand its footprint in the renewable energy sector. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree / Master degree in any specialization, or a related field. · 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing · Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to draft clear and compelling documents. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. · Willingness to travel for business and client engagements. Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
