Position: Business Development Manager

Position Type: Full Time- Permanent

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Minimum

    5 years

    of experience in selling

    Networking and Datacenter products

    from vendors like

    HPE, DELL, NUTANIX, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco

    , etc.
  2. Proven track record in

    Government and Corporate

    account management and business development.
  3. In-depth knowledge of:
  4. Servers, Storage, Backup, HCI

  5. Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN

  6. Conferencing solutions, IoT, Passive Networking Infrastructure

  7. Functional knowledge of:
  8. Server, Storage, Backup, HCI, Virtualization

  9. Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN

  10. Proficient in:
  11. Whiteboarding

    and explaining solution architecture
  12. Cross-selling

    and

    up-selling

  13. P&L understanding

    including revenue targets and gross profit metrics
  14. Strong in

    customer mapping

    ,

    account planning

    , and

    pipeline development

  15. Must possess valid

    sales certifications

    from major OEMs such as

HPE, Dell, Cisco, Juniper, Aruba

  1. Ability to lead basic technical discussions with clients to probe and identify opportunities.
