Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consistent and effective approach.
Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and the overall sales team.
Act as a key point of contact for major client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with customers.
Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
To coordinate & input ideas with digital marketing team on advertisements, boosting of pages etc in social media.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Degree / MBA in Business Administration / Sales or relevant field.
Minimum 8 years experience in Sales / Business Development.
Demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities within existing client relationship as well as to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Result oriented leadership and must be able to contribute to a positive team environment.
Sound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
