The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can lead 1:1 product demos, uncover what potential customers really need, and help them take the next step toward signing up. This is not your usual “spray and pray” sales role. It’s about thoughtful conversations, tailored product walkthroughs, and follow-ups that actually convert. What you’ll do Own the entire demo experience: run engaging, personalized product walkthroughs on Google Meet Qualify and guide leads through the sales funnel — no force-fitting, just good discovery and honest selling Follow up diligently after demos and close the loop Use LinkedIn and our lead database to prospect new opportunities Maintain a daily rhythm: outreach, demos, follow-ups, CRM hygiene Who is this role perfect for You have at least 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience and have led 1:1 online product demos from start to finish. You speak clearly, listen actively, and can turn product features into value You ask smart questions and adapt the pitch based on what the customer cares about You’ve got the discipline to follow a cadence — daily, weekly, without reminders You’re not afraid of outbound — you know how to research and reach out with context Bonus points if you’ve worked with brands or products built on the Shopify ecosystem.
