Zelus India is a fast-growing organization in the IT staffing space, known for delivering high-quality talent solutions to leading companies across India. We are now looking for a Junior Business Development Manager who can help us expand our domestic client base, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships.
Acquire new clients in the domestic IT staffing market
Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and nurture strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and IT decision-makers
Partner closely with our recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates
Drive revenue by consistently achieving business targets
Track and maintain accurate records of client communication and progress
Share regular updates and reports on BD activities
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Staffing sales (domestic market)
Strong client acquisition and closure skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred)
Ability to work independently and deliver results
NCR-based candidates preferred; remote candidates will be considered if they are truly exceptional
