Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, ORM, etc.) targeting US and Canadian markets. - Develop and implement sales strategies, growth plans, and market outreach campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to meet performance goals. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and drive business expansion. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools. - Contribute to strategic planning by sharing market insights and client feedback with leadership. Desired Candidate Profile: - 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry. - Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets. - Experience in team management, performance tracking, and sales training. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, etc.) and agency operations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
