About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new
contract staffing
clients across IT services, product, and captive organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Staffing Managers, and Procurement Teams.
Understand client hiring needs, workforce planning, and project requirements to present suitable staffing solutions.
Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
Prepare proposals, rate cards, agreements, and pricing strategies for IT contract staffing.
Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure and account expansion.
Maintain strong market intelligence on competitor activities, client demand, and technology hiring trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring continuous pipeline development.
Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and vendor empanelment discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales for IT Contract Staffing or IT Talent Augmentation
.
Strong understanding of
IT recruitment
, technologies, and staffing models (C2H, Contract, T&M).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value accounts.
Strong CRM, pipeline management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mandatory

Existing client network in the domestic IT staffing market.
