Business Development Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align client needs with service offerings
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company
• Manage and update the sales pipeline and report on progress to leadership
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications/ Criteria:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

- Must have experience in working in sales in event management firm.

- Target-oriented job.

- Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions.

- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Work Experience and Skills
