As a Business Development Manager in the Water Utility Sector at Unistal in Noida, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue within the water industry. Unistal is a leading software organization with a strong presence in the Oil, Gas, Water, and other Utility sectors, boasting a wide range of products and a global customer base. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the Water sector. - **Lead Generation:** Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events to generate leads. - **Client Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the water industry. - **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Unistal's products and services. - **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - **Strategic Partnerships:** Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry players, suppliers, and service providers to enhance Unistal's offerings. - **Revenue Growth:** Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets within the water sector. - **Project Management:** Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, meeting client expectations and deadlines. - **Market Expansion:** Explore opportunities for market expansion and diversification within the water sector, including new regions and segments. - **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies while mitigating associated risks. - **Reporting and Analysis:** Generate regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for management review. **Qualifications Required:** - Btech/MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within the Water Sector. - In-depth understanding of the Water Industry, including market dynamics, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales and client management.
