Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the logistics industry, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and marketplace logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close dealsto achieve individual and team targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM.
• Ensure 100% payment collections within 48 hours of payments becoming due.

Skills Needed

• Candidates with a Logisticssales background are preferable
• Min 2 years of experience in Client Acquisition/ Hunting, Revenue Generation
• Good communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated/ able to drive things on their own
• Hunger for growth
• Experience in working with SMEs, MSMEs, and D2C brands.
• Must have deep knowledge of Operations with regardsto ECommerce Logistics & Market Place Logistics.
