Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a professional demeanor, and the ability to attend meetings and represent our institute effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase enrollment and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, institutions, and partners.
• Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events on behalf of the institute.
• Travel outside Delhi for client meetings and business development opportunities as required.
• Develop strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports and updates for management regarding business development activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including outside Delhi, for meetings and business development.
• Passion for the aviation industry is a plus.
