Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve getting projects and making new clients for the company. You will be responsible for bringing in new projects through activities such as bidding, client communication, and proposal making/writing. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a flair for business development, will be key in this role. It is essential to have a sound knowledge of IT terminologies to effectively understand and communicate with clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating business proposals, presentations, slides, and other documents as required by potential clients - Analyzing client requirements to tailor solutions that meet their needs To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills. Being organized, self-driven, energetic, and resilient are qualities that will contribute to your success. Additionally, having good client communication skills, along with a track record of proven presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, will be advantageous. Qualifications required for this position: - Proven experience in business development and client acquisition - Strong understanding of IT terminologies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create compelling business proposals and presentations - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid time off.
