Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries including insurance, healthcare, logistics, finance, and e-commerce .
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, cold outreach, webinars, and industry associations to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
    Client Acquisition
  • Present Virtual Binz LLP BPO/KPO solutions tailored to each clientoperational needs.
  • Create customized proposals and pitch decks highlighting our value proposition.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
    Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.
  • Coordinate with Indian delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor service performance, address escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    Market Research & Strategy
  • Track outsourcing trends, automation/AI adoption, and emerging BPO/KPO demands in the US.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.
  • Recommend new service lines and upselling opportunities based on client feedback and market needs.
