Utilize various channels such as social media, email campaigns, networking events, and cold calling to generate leads.
Maintain regular communication with existing leads to nurture and develop potential business opportunities.
Provide timely responses to inquiries and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Keep detailed records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Work with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and secure contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products or services.
Promote and sell hardware and system software solutions to new and existing clients.
Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends.
Provide technical knowledge and support to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Ensure all offers are accurate, competitive, and submitted within the required timelines.
Follow up on submitted offers and negotiate terms to close deals.
