Role Overview Lighthouse Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ERP products. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful features, enhance user satisfaction, and drive product success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, translating it into actionable product requirements. Development Lifecycle: Provide technical guidance and work closely with design and development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Launch & Go-to-Market: Plan product launches and support marketing and sales teams for successful adoption. Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate based on market trends and customer insights. Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Requirements Minimum 5 years of product management experience , preferably with ERP or enterprise software. Experience as a Project Manager, GM or VP Strong understanding of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize product performance. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud-based ERP, HRM, or CRM solutions (SaaS). Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Aha!
