Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy:

  Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Requirements Gathering & Prioritization:

  Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, translating it into actionable product requirements.

• Development Lifecycle:

  Provide technical guidance and work closely with design and development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.

• Launch & Go-to-Market:

  Plan product launches and support marketing and sales teams for successful adoption.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate based on market trends and customer insights.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Maintain clear communication with leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum

  5 years of product management experience

  , preferably with ERP or enterprise software.
• Experience as a Project Manager, GM or VP
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize product performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based ERP, HRM, or CRM solutions (SaaS).
• Familiarity with product management tools like
