Job Description

Job Profile:

1. Bring new distributors on board and maintain relationships with existing distributors.

2. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ distributor expectation.

3. Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ distributors and the operation team.

4. Access, clarify and validate distributors needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high distributors satisfaction rate.

5. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

6. Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

1.A minimum of 2 years of channel sales work experience.

2.Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field/ Bachelor in Engineering preferable.

3.Thorough understanding of the industry.

4. Exceptional communication skills.

5. Flexible to travel to partner locations.

6. Solution-oriented outlook.

7. Ability to build lasting relationships.
