Role Overview

dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Execute B2B Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard schools for Vidysea platform.
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Research and target new schools, school chains, and education partners across regions.
Client Acquisition:
Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with school principals, decision-makers, and academic heads.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing school clients to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
Demo & Presentations:
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to school stakeholders.
Sales Targets & KPIs:
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and acquisition goals.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to align on client needs and feedback.
Reporting:
Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and competitive insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Go getter and self motivated person
1-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or school engagement space.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem and decision-making processes within schools.
Excellent communication & relationship building
Willingness to travel as required for on-ground school visits.
