Responsibilities

1.Candidate should be from building construction material industry.

2.Should have good contact with the builders, purchase head & Architects

3.Need to have strong data base of builders where we can introduce our product.

4.Candidate should have Strong history in sales, Superior analytical skills, Understanding of customer needs, Excellent communication skills

5.Should have a consultative sales approach, Good presentation skills

6.New leads should be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.

7.Meet sales revenue targets. Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans

8.Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
