We are looking for a marketing professional who has strong connections with purchase departments in real estate and construction companies. The candidate should be capable of promoting our door and hardware products to builders, project managers, and procurement teams involved in material purchasing (like tiles, pipes, sanitary ware, etc.).

Key Requirements: Must have strong networking with real estate purchase teams

Experience in marketing or purchase of construction-related materials (tiles, pipes, doors, sanitary ware, etc.)

Good knowledge of builder procurement processes and key decision-makers

Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities: Generate leads and maintain relations with builders’ purchase departments

Pitch our door and hardware solutions to relevant contacts in real estate companies

Regularly visit project sites and builder offices for business development

Work closely with internal teams for quotations, samples, and product presentations

Experience

8-10 years and above specifically in construction industry

Qualification-Graduate

Notice Period 1 Month
