We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Varnav Infotech LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and contributing innovative ideas to scale up the business. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective business growth strategies. Identify potential leads and new business opportunities. Bring creative and practical business ideas to increase revenue. Manage sales and chat support operations to ensure client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Generate and present business reports to management. Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals. Requirements:1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to think creatively and identify new growth areas. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Familiarity with the IT, BPO, or service-based industries is a plus.
