We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our voice-based sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, and closing sales to achieve set targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through CRM tools. Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally. Collaborate with team members and report daily progress to the team leader. Requirements :Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in voice sales/customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Fluency in English/Hindi/regional language as required). Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
