Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives in the Hyderabad market, specifically targeting RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Payroll Outsourcing, and Staffing Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, generate leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships within the HR and staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hyderabad region across RPO, payroll, and staffing services.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, client references, and industry events.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, and delivery) to ensure service excellence and smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to fine-tune sales strategy.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.
