Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand customer needs.

Actively pursue new business opportunities globally and develop strategies to acquire international clients.

Manage and guide the sales team to ensure performance targets and revenue goals are met.

Set up meetings with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing requirements.

Prepare and deliver customised presentations and pitches to potential clients.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed business targets.

Generate regular performance and sales reports to monitor progress.

Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring long-term client relationships and satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, creative, technical) to deliver optimal client solutions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English both written and verbal.

Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and global industry trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow business revenues.

Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to high-level decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree is an added advantage)

Prior experience in the digital marketing or IT services industry.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
