Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Develop strategies to expand the organization’s presence in domestic and international markets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Negotiate contracts, prepare business proposals, and close deals effectively.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
Ensure business targets and KPIs are met as per company goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of CDMO & CMO business models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Result-oriented with proven ability to achieve targets.
