Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager North IndiaLocation: North India (Delhi NCR-based preferred)Department: Sales & MarketingReporting To: Regional Head North

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to handle and expand relationships with a defined set of architects, contractors, and key project influencers across North India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, driving project specifications, managing BOQs, and achieving revenue targets while developing new markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and consultants to promote company products and solutions.Identify and generate new project leads and business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.Drive inclusion of company products into project specifications, BOQs, and tenders through proactive engagement with key stakeholders.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the assigned region.Conduct regular presentations, product demos, and lunch-and-learn sessions with the design and project fraternity.Map and track ongoing and upcoming projects across verticals.Collaborate closely with internal teams marketing, design support, and technical to ensure smooth execution and project closure.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand presence in untapped markets across North India.Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering (MBA preferred).58 years of experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, acoustics, interiors, or allied industries.Proven track record of working with architects, PMC firms, and contractors.Strong network and understanding of project specification cycles.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the North region.
