Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for staff augmentation services, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with delivery teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Lead Generation
  • Identify new business opportunities in the UK region through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT staffing and consulting services.
  • Client Acquisition
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers in mid-size and enterprise organizations.
  • Present service offerings, pitch solutions, and close new business deals.
  • Staff Augmentation & Project Delivery
  • Understand client resource requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth onboarding of resources.
  • Monitor project delivery and maintain client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams including HR, recruitment, and delivery for alignment on project timelines and resource planning.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 5–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the UK IT market.
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation, IT services, and consulting models.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,528.49 per month
