Location: Jaipur, India (Remote management of UK clients)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow our UK client accounts while being based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and client management for the UK market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across time zones. This is a fully client-facing role, requiring strategic planning, pipeline management, and coordination with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs for the UK region.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the UK market.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and offshore teams) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and client engagement metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at UK client meetings, virtual events, and conferences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management targeting the UK market.
  • Proven ability to manage UK clients remotely with successful business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border sales practices, UK business culture, and communication etiquette.
  • Experience in IT/Technology/Software services sales is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to align with the UK time zone.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant sales/business development certification is a plus.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent remote client management skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective coordination with offshore and internal teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across different time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,002.00 - ₹90,910.00 per month
