Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Vadodara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the cosmetics, nutraceutical, or Ayurveda industry is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
