Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying and converting potential leads into clients. This role requires you to generate new business opportunities, close sales, and develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the agency’s revenue goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities by researching and analysing the market and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Lead the sales process, from initial contact through to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Lead product demos and presentations to showcase the agency’s services and how they address client needs.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and stay informed about market trends.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in marketing 
  • 4-8 years of experience in business development or sales for a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environments
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and revenue generation
  •  Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
