Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Odisha, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies to drive business growth. The role includes analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, and leading negotiations to close deals. The manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Proposal Writing
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Previous experience in the gifting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
