Job Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Drive

    volume and profitability targets

    by analyzing P&L statements to identify key growth and cost drivers.
  • Expand business in the

    Western Region

    through

    new customer acquisition

    for equipment rentals, including

    Office Infrastructure, Technology Leasing, and Auto Leasing

    .
  • Create and execute

    Business Development plans

    and

    strategic work plans

    .
  • Lead and implement

    demand generation initiatives

    by collaborating with

    OEMs, vendors

    , and

    partnering with banks and NBFCs

    to offer tailored rental solutions.
  • Engage in

    consultative selling

    by understanding clients' rental needs and financial objectives, and providing customized solutions.
  • Identify and develop

    new equipment categories

    to boost rental volumes and address evolving market needs.
  • Provide guidance on

    pricing strategies and product structuring

    aligned with customer financial goals.
  • Conduct

    market analysis

    , including competitive benchmarking and feedback on pricing trends.
  • Participate in

    Rate Contracts, RFPs, RFQs

    , and

    technical evaluations

    with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for

    initial assessments

    and with banking partners for

    securitization of receivables

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    CFOs and Treasury Heads

    of mid-sized and large corporate clients.

Education:

MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification
