About the role

The ideal candidate brings proven success in driving outbound pipeline growth within the IT services, product design, or digital transformation domain. Youll lead end-to-end outbound programs from market mapping and AI-enabled lead discovery to personalized outreach, consultative selling, and deal closure.This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building predictable outbound revenue engines and domain-driven sales strategies across global markets (US, Middle East, Europe).

What you'll do

  • Lead strategic outbound sales efforts from target account planning to closure using a structured sales framework.
  • Develop and execute industry-specific outbound playbooks (for example, UX/UI design for SaaS, Healthcare, Logistics, or Enterprise transformation).
  • Identify and prioritize high-intent leads through research, market intelligence, and AI-assisted prospecting tools.
  • Build and maintain a predictable, metrics-driven outbound pipeline.
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns leveraging AI insights and dynamic content to improve engagement rates.
  • Run consultative discovery sessions, coordinate solutioning with technical teams, and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Own outbound performance metrics SQL conversion, outreach cadence, average deal size, and time-to-close.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to refine outbound positioning.
  • Build, mentor, and scale an outbound SDR team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Track all sales activities in CRM; maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent at key events, conferences, and partnership initiatives.

What we look for

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in outbound-focused business development within an IT services or digital product company.
  • Strong track record of generating and closing outbound deals (preferably $50K$500K range) in global markets.
  • Domain expertise in UX/UI design services, software development, or digital transformation.
  • Proven success in building outreach workflows using modern sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling and consultative selling skills capable of influencing at Founder, VP, and C-level roles.
  • Executive presence with the ability to position value proposition against global competitors.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in using analytics for prospecting efficiency and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborative yet entrepreneurial thrives in roles requiring ownership, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
  • MBA or equivalent business background (preferred).

Must Have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales for IT or design-led services.
  • Proven ability to build and manage outbound sales processes end-to-end.
  • Expertise with sales automation, CRM, and AI-based outreach platforms.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed aggressive growth targets.
